Summary
What began as a venue search for 400 guests quickly evolved into full end-to-end event production and planning for ZOE’s four-day annual company retreat. Invyte was also tasked with managing the ZOE IRL event communications using the Invyte Event Space registration portal, perfectly adapted to suit the ZOE guest comms journey.
Solution
We scouted and secured the perfect destination (in Tenerife!), curating a programme that immersed guests in the local culture, activities and well-being. From travel logistics and on-site event production to guest communications and registration management, Invyte handled every event planning detail. Our team worked closely with ZOE to deliver a personalised, well-organised experience that reflected their brand values and culture with a HUGE emphasis on food quality and activities of course!
Result
The staff retreat was a huge success and a memorable celebration of ZOE’s people and purpose. Guests enjoyed a wonderfully unique and ‘yellow’ experience throughout, with clear communication, smooth logistics, and a wonderful sense of connection that carried through the entire 4 days.
