The highly acclaimed WGSN Global Fashion gala Awards was an invite only event Invyte were thrilled to support at the amazing Victoria and Albert museum. With over 1,000 award entries and a final guest list of 500, this very high profile celebration of fashion excellence required meticulous planning and expert guest management.
The WGSN Awards Platform for registrations, built by Invyte
Solution
Invyte designed and built a bespoke competition website to manage award nominations and judging using the Event Space Enterprise tech. While also creating a fully branded RSVP and registration platform. RSVPs were tracked efficiently, with daily reports sent to the client. On the night, our 10-strong guest management team oversaw check-in using iPads and Invyte’s custom booking software, providing real-time reporting on attendees and no-shows.
