
Spotify Beach.

Summary
For the 6th consecutive year, we joined Spotify at Cannes Lions to help deliver the iconic Spotify Beach acting as a seamless extension of their internal team. Our remit included managing guest entry, VIP accreditation, podcast bookings, meetings and on-site guest support throughout the week. This year, our involvement expanded to include guest list management and on-the-ground coordination for two additional high-profile events: the Spotify VIP Villa Party in the Cannes hills and an exclusive Agency Dinner on the beach for their top global executives.

Solution
We deployed our core team experienced, unflappable and fully aligned with Spotify’s tone, tempo and expectations supported by a specially selected bilingual local crew. Alongside our front-of-house specialists, two members of our tech team were embedded on site to observe and assess Spotify’s existing guest management and access workflows in real time. To manage the highly dynamic and in-demand guest lists across all events, we used our own event check-in app, enabling fast, accurate and frictionless entry across VIP, Press and General Admission. This ensured all movements, bookings and sessions stayed synced and transparent throughout the week.

The biggest and smoothest Spotify Beach to date with our core team of 7 supported by 10 local crew. Across the week we successfully: Checked in 6,000+ guests Managed 40+ podcast sessions Coordinated 100's of meetings Delivered 2 headline concerts (including Cardi B, Lola Young & Mark Ronson) Supported 6 panels and many more sponsor activations Oversaw guest flow for both the VIP Villa Party and Sponsor Dinner Most importantly, our tech team used the live environment to analyse Spotify’s existing registration and access workflows. We identified operational friction points, returned with a concept for a new bespoke platform, and presented it back to Spotify, so watch the space for 2027!
