Spotify Beach 2026.

Summary
For the 7th consecutive year, we joined Spotify at Cannes Lions to deliver the iconic Spotify Beach, this time as their technology and onsite check-in partner, whilst also supporting with onsite staffing requirements. Following the operational review our tech team ran on site in 2025, Spotify commissioned us to design and build a bespoke guest platform to replace their existing registration and allow for admin-management and platform set-up: a sales team portal, guest registration, an email suite and our own check-in app, all running from a single source of truth.

Solution
Invyte delivered the bespoke platform and integrated check-in app end to end in 4.5 months, from brief to live. Sales leads managed their own allocations through dedicated dashboards, with bulk CSV upload to save the team time, automated and manual email sends to keep guests informed, live status analytics for quick, robust reporting, and guest substitution, as plans can change. Guests registered through a fully branded portal with ticket-gated session pages, booking and waitlists, while VIP and Press guests were pre-registered. On the door, our check-in app synced with the portal in real time, so brand ambassadors could verify tickets and sessions, and add guests on the spot.

Result
A fully branded, feature-rich event platform delivered on time and within scope. Across the campaign, 8,633 guests registered or were auto-registered ahead of the week, we sent 64,394 emails and 5,347 QR codes were scanned throughout the event. We ran 3 campaign stages, from teaser launch to talent announcement, alongside ad hoc and automated email sends, and powered beach access and sessions, concerts, agency partner events and multiple guest lists from one system. Entry to Spotify Beach was the smoothest yet, with the majority of guests arriving having registered and with a QR code in the palm of their hand.
