For over 8 years, Invyte was proud to partner with Virgin Media to deliver the amazing Louder Lounge experience at V Festival. This was one of the UK’s most exclusive VIP festival areas. Each year, the Louder Lounge brought together over 2000 VIP guests, multiple big-name celebrities, and artists for a weekend of music, luxury, and hospitality.

Invyte managed the Box Office and guest accreditation process, welcoming over 2,000 guests across the festival weekend. This project marked the launch of Invyte’s first proprietary technology, The Event Space™, a guest registration platform built to Virgin Media’s requirements. Pre-event, our team delivered personalised invitations, managed ticket sales and communications, and handled all guest inquiries. On-site, we oversaw guest transportation, ticketing, concierge, and VIP hosting, ensuring every detail ran seamlessly from arrival to departure.
