For their bi-annual Leadership Summit, working in partnership and collaboration with the Liberty Global event team, Invyte was tasked with full event management and venue finding for a most prestigious senior events. The two-day summit brings together 400 global executives for an exclusive experience, combining a high-level conference and a show-stopping evening celebration.

This was an ambitious production spanning two iconic London venues, Old Billingsgate and an exclusive buyout of The Londoner. With just a short build window, Invyte was challenged to transform the dry-hire space at Old Billingsgate into a beautiful dining and entertainment event while simultaneously delivering perfect logistics for 400 guests. At The Londoner, the team supported with world-class talent, transport, premium catering, accommodation, personalised gifting and wellness activities.

In just 27 hours, our hardworking crew alongside one of our preferred partners Insert Productions transformed the space into an incredible surprise headline performance by John Legend. Meanwhile, at The Londoner, Invyte were able to deliver a rich senior leader conference through advanced staging, production, and last-minute hybrid streaming. This Summit is a great example of true partnerships with Agency and Client working together to create a stand-out memorable experience.
