The brief: to look after 100 VIP guests celebrating a 40th birthday party to remember. Hosted at The Cove, this private festival promised five days of luxury, music, and unforgettable experiences.

Invyte was tasked with delivering a flawless guest experience from start to finish. With 100 VIP guests, multiple transport requirements, and around-the-clock service expectations, we needed to coordinate everything from helicopter arrivals and car transfers to on-site logistics, accommodation, and concierge support, all while ensuring every guest felt like a priority.

Our nine-strong on-site team managed every detail. From guest accreditation and wristbands to transport, check-ins, and 24/7 concierge support. Every guest requirement was handled smoothly, and the event ran seamlessly from start to finish.
